This owner was fantastic! We suggested lots of things to be updated prior to listing and she did them all, including exterior paint, removing the top half of the built-in in the living room, and changing out some lighting fixtures and some bathroom updates. She got a full price offer as soon as it hit the market! Staging does Matter!
