Pre-listing Consultation
Are you getting ready to sell your home and need an expert opinion, or has your home been on the market previously and didn't sell?? We work with you to provide a detailed room-by-room action plan to ensure every area of your home is ready to go including the exterior! We layout the optimal furniture arrangement with your existing pieces and suggest which items should be removed (decluttering) or added. You can choose how much or how little you are willing to do, but realize the effort you put in will directly affect your sale price and days on the market. A pre-listing staging consultation can help you get top dollar for your property and it is only a $250 investment and it includes 1 hour on-site & travel time. Additional time is billed at $150 per hour. Complete Home Preparation Services Do you need help completing some deferred maintenance before your house goes on the market? We can help! With our home prep services we coordinate with our licensed and insured contractors for whatever you need, Whether it is a small landscaping, project, or a new bathroom, we manage the entire project from start to finish. To get started please setup a pre-listing consultation and we will take it from there! Design Services Do you need a hand setting up your house to make it feel like home? The initial charge is $350 and includes 2 hours. We will help you figure out how to make your space more comfortable and inviting.. Additional Design services are billed at $150 per hour. No house or condo is too big or too small and we can stage specific rooms or your entire home. Since each property is unique we provide a custom quote based on YOUR home! And when we stage a room, we stage the entire room including furniture, rugs, accessories and art work in the latest styles and colors, and it is appropriately scaled for each space. We have over 6,000 square feet of furniture to choose from! Staging Services: Owner Occupied Homes In homes that are owner occupied, we can help you maximize your home’s potential and sales price! We can work with your existing furniture and add accessories, plants and art work to give your place a fresh new look! If some of your furniture has seen better days we can work with you on that too! We also help you arrange your existing furniture to maximize the space and make the rooms feel as large as possible.. We work hard to make sure your property looks its best. We also have recommendations for local movers that can help you move some of your heavy pieces to get your house ready in case you can't move it yourself. How to Get StartedPlease send us pictures, a short video of the home, or give us an MLS number and we would be happy to send you a quote. If you require an onsite visit our charge is $250 and is considered a pre-listing staging consultation. The fee is then applied toward staging services.
