We were consulted by Riverside Realty Group what to do with this fabulous 1950's home they sold off McGregor Blvd. In this case we actually suggested just do nothing! Since the home had been in the same family since it was built there were a ton or original features and that doesn't happen very often.. It still had the original kitchen cabinets, the vintage door knocker, terrazzo floors under the carpets and the incredible pink stove. Instead of ripping everything out, they featured the unique features of this home and it sold very quickly!. We suggest never underestimate how many people love vintage homes and are willing to restore them to their full glory!
