These are two beautiful lake front homes we have staged and sold, but there is a big difference between them!  The first one is welcoming with the little family of ducks walking along the edge of the lake.  The second one also has beautiful views, but because of the fake (yes it is fake) alligator, people instead of looking at the view are thinking about their little pets being eaten or a gator getting in their pool.  Always try and do as much as you can to maximize the view and minimize the objections!  I would say remove the alligator prior to listing your home!

The owners were between houses and had almost no furniture.  We were able to use the very few pieces that had and bring everything else in to make this house feel like a home - a model home!

We were able to use the home owners existing furniture and bring in all new accessories, plants and art work to complete the spaces and make the home feel more lived in.  Notice how large and open the rooms look!

We were able to use a lot of the homeowners furniture on this home that was sold in Georgetown.  We did have them remove a couple items and we added a couple accent chairs, accessories and art work to complete this already beautiful home..  Thanks Don Molloy from Riverside Realty Group for giving us the call!
