Here are two great examples of how to make an ordinary room extraordinary. Simply by adding ceiling treatments it makes these rooms stand out and now the homes feel like models!  Both properties are located in Babcock Ranch which is a brand new community just north of Fort Myers. One home features incredible wood beam ceilings and the other a coffered ceiling with a textured wall paper as an accent.  Talk about an upgrade for your eyes! 

We all know that updated kitchens and bathrooms sell houses, but did you know that laundry rooms are quickly topping the list of buyers must haves?  After all who wants to do laundry in a dark musty basement?  Thankfully in Florida we don't have to worry about that, but lighting considerations, storage and hanging and folding space should be considered if you are contemplating a laundry room makeover.  This laundry room was a major selling point in this home on Reims Place in Whiskey Creek.

Not sure what to do with a small space to give it some pizzazz and not break the bank?  The homeowners in this McGregor Reserve home on Bamboo Circle, simply added wall tile as an accent to give it a little pop.  It was the same color as the floor tile but a slightly smaller size to give it some texture.  A little of the tile was also added behind the sink to tie it all in.  Viola!  A brand new high end bathroom with a minimal investment.
