The owners were between houses and had almost no furniture. We were able to use the very few pieces that had and bring everything else in to make this house feel like a home - a model home!

We were able to use the home owners existing furniture and bring in all new accessories, plants and art work to complete the spaces and make the home feel more lived in. Notice how large and open the rooms look!
We were able to use a lot of the homeowners furniture on this home that was sold in Georgetown. We did have them remove a couple items and we added a couple accent chairs, accessories and art work to complete this already beautiful home.. Thanks Don Molloy from Riverside Realty Group for giving us the call! This home in Fort Myers, was beautifully updated with new flooring and colors, however because of all the additions over the years, the floor plan was a little strange. The A/C unit was right outside the front door and the laundry was behind the curtain in the large back room. In addition there were several doors in strange places and an incredibly small old dining room that now joined two spaces together.. Thanks to the listing agent Noelle Tietz for taking my suggestions and adding the lattice work and the shower curtain to hide the washer and dryer! Staging definitely helped to define some of the spaces and make this home more livable! This was another challenging home because of the reverse floor plan. The main living space is upstairs and that left very large rooms with no specific purpose downstairs. We were able to transform the space and make it feel truly welcoming. Thanks Riverside Realty Group for allowing us to stage this beautiful home!
Simple touches make a big difference in this condo. Accessories and artwork make it feel lived in and larger.
“Magic Does Exist” Tara is amazing! She completely transformed our house. Our furniture has never looked so good. What she can do to a space is simply beautiful. Her to attention to detail and her commitment to her craft puts her ahead of anyone else in this space. I highly recommend Staging Matters. - Kelly H. |
