Fantastic Condo in Villages of Emerald Bay - Naples, FL...

This condo had been for sale for over 2.5 years.  We completed staging the home at 11:00am on 4/25/11, clients came through at 2:00 and bought the condo!

Staging really does matter...

On this particular home, we used a lot of the clients furniture and just reconfigured it, and brought in accessories and art.
