Staging completes the look in this grand house in Miromar Lakes. The homeowner moved out and left a couple of pieces of furniture behind but the home felt empty. Adding some additional furniture pieces, staging items, rugs and art work really made the home feel warm and cozy. Notice the attention to detail, even the cabinets in the kitchen were staged.
Staging items are selected specifically for each home to complete the look.
It always amazes me how just a couple of accessories can make the difference between basic and awesome. This all white bathroom in Riva Del Lago is a great example of how small touches can go a long way. Simply adding some accessories and art work transformed this hum-ho bathroom into an inviting space. It also makes the space look larger by giving your eye something to look at other than bathroom fixtures.
Looking for the perfect patio set? While comfort is hands down the most important thing when selecting furniture you are going to spend some quality time lounging on, scale and size also matter. The furniture for this second floor balcony in Moody River Estates was just the right size for this space. Not too large but still gives you ample seating for your guests. Also note the height of the furniture. There is a huge picture window that you can see from down below, so these wise homeowners took that into account when purchasing this outdoor set. Form and function and flow - great job.

Have a small room and want to make it feel larger? Custom built-ins are a great way to add character and functionality. This guest room is one of the homeowners' favorite spots in the house! This multi functional space is great for out of town guests but it also doubles as a cozy reading nook. In addition it leaves lots of room, in the room, to add a tv, desk or craft table. Talk about functional spaces!
Let your imagination run wild and create your own cozy space!
When selling your home you want people to feel relaxed and picture themselves in your space. Setting the dining room table helps to do just that. It can evoke memories of past holiday gatherings or dinner parties and help them look forward to creating future memories. Clean and elegant is the key and just work with colors that compliment your current decor. Festive holiday decorations look great, however be careful not to use them in photographs to sell your home. You wouldn't want Christmas photos on your listing when it is July!
